Industrial sewing machine stitching a leather panel

Master Trimmer

One trimmer, one cabin, first panel to last. We are looking for a pair of hands to join the trim shop.

Every cabin we build is sewn by one pair of hands, first panel to last. No shared seats, no split shifts. The owner meets the person who trimmed their vehicle.

We are looking for one more.

The work

Hide selection, patterning, cutting and stitching, one commission at a time. You sit in on the swatch conversations, so you hear the brief in the owner’s own words rather than reading it off a job sheet.

TODO(copy): demonstration role awaiting the real vacancy.

What we are looking for

Time served in automotive or marine trim, or in saddlery. We care more about the last thing you stitched than the badge on your CV. Bring photographs of it.

You will need to be comfortable being told a panel is not right, and comfortable saying so yourself. The atelier works to the standard the commission deserves, not the calendar.

Terms

TODO(sign-off): location, hours and package to be confirmed.
